* Our sole aim is to provide the best quality and the most practical clothing and equipment to those mad enough to participate in Adventure racing and Extreme Ultra Marathons around the World.

* Unless we believe in a product, we won’t sell it.

* We aim to test in the field as much of what we sell as we can, but failing that we will rely on trusted opinions and wisdom.

* If you are looking for that special bit of kit and we don’t already stock it, we will do our utmost to source it or alternatively find a suitable alternative.

* We offer our advice on the products we sell with absolutely no obligation to buy. To this end, we will NOT advise you to buy something just to get a sale. We want you to come back time and time again – and the only way to do that is to provide you with a service that is as good as it is possible to be.

* If we fail to provide you with the level of service that is expected – please please please do tell us. The only way we can improve is to constantly reassess our performance.

* Whilst our shop is Internet based, we very much welcome customers visiting us to try out clothing and equipment. Just give us a call and let us know you are coming and we will probably have a cup of coffee waiting for you when you arrive.
