* We aim to test in the field as much of what we sell as we can, but failing that we will rely on trusted opinions and wisdom.

* If you are looking for that special bit of kit and we don’t already stock it, we will do our utmost to source it or alternatively find a suitable alternative.

* We offer our advice on the products we sell with absolutely no obligation to buy. To this end, we will NOT advise you to buy something just to get a sale. We want you to come back time and time again – and the only way to do that is to provide you with a service that is as good as it is possible to be.

* If we fail to provide you with the level of service that is expected – please please please do tell us. The only way we can improve is to constantly reassess our performance.
